Fuwa Fuwa, which means “fluffy fluffy” in Japanese, is proud to be North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert café. Inspired by traditional Japanese techniques and modern tastes, we’ve perfected the art of pancakes that are as soft, airy, and jiggly as they are unforgettable.
